Are your period concerns making you see red- poster title

Women's Health Queensland Wide Inc (Women's Health) has recently launched their Period Concerns Campaign. The campaign endeavors to provide women with access to information about common period issues.

On average a woman has 500 periods over her lifetime, making period concerns an important health issue for women. The Period Concerns Campaign involves the display of an A4 poster, Are your period concerns making you see red?, in female public bathrooms at shopping centres. In total there are displays points at 14 venues across South-East Queensland. The posters are also supported by take-home wallet cards. The distribution of the poster and wallet cards is being managed by Convenience Advertising (http://www.conads.com).

Washroom media advertising was chosen due to the specific nature of the topic, period concerns, and because it provides access to a female-only target audience.

The Periods Concerns Campaign will run from February to April 2009.
